Oh dear God....here we go again...urusan berat badan nggak ada kelarnya buat gw. Sebenernya kali ini gw agak2 diharuskan buat nurunin sih, karena gw punya masalah sama lutut gara2 dikejar anjing pas SMA belasan taun lalu (apahhh? SMA aja udh belasan taun laluu? Aku tuaaaa hiks).
Anyway, yeah I gotta lose weight because my knee. But here's the catch. I'm not allowed to do Zumba, not allowed to do aerobic, not allowed to do Yoga. This is hard! Olahraga anjuran gw adalah, get this...planking! Sekali lagi sodara2, planking....susahhh makjaann!
Anjuran planking gw adalah 5 minutes. My record so far....30 secs 😥 hahahaineedhelphahahha

Mandy: sering2 aja planking, so you build your core and upper body. After awhile it wont be that hard. My best time is only 90 seconds but, at first I cannot even hold for 30 seconds. Semangat!!
